When you engage in a Total Business Audit with Quantuvis, we audit and assess the business of your business, including every aspect outlined in our 4-Q DisciplineSM. A thorough evaluation of your business, top to bottom, provides critical insight into your strengths and opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement, and strategies for advancing your ability to achieve your goals.

The Total Business Audit provides us the opportunity to gain a personal understanding of your firm, situation and goals. Through this process, we are able to assess your business condition, examine business priorities, identify those areas with the greatest opportunity for impact and improvement, and provide our recommendations for advancing your firm’s growth and development.
The Audit process includes:
- Due diligence: our comprehensive due diligence process gathers relevant information on your business strategy, products, people, practices, processes and paperwork to gain insight into the reality of how you conduct your business.
- Team profiling: team members complete psychometric profiling to provide us with an understanding of the skills, attributes and work styles of your team members, including staff, advisors, managers and owners.
- Team input: team members complete confidential questionnaires that provide personal insight into your business.
- Firm/Leadership input: Principals and Business Leaders complete questionnaires that provide insight and information on your business at the firm level.
- Leadership review: All of the above is reviewed and a diligence review call is conducted to clarify business goals, identify business priorities, discuss pressing issues and ensure a thorough understanding of your situation prior to meeting.
- On-site meeting: we meet with your team, as a group and individually, to gather first hand insight and information on areas designated for in-depth review.
- Audit report: we provide a Findings Report that details our assessment and defines our recommendations across all areas of review.
- Audit review call: we conduct a telephone review of the audit report to provide in-depth personal discussions regarding our assessments and recommendations.
- Organizational plan: we work with you to identify the business priorities and timeline to include in the Organizational Development Plan that we design to direct you in moving forward to meet your goals.
The Total Business Audit process is generally the first step in ongoing consulting with Quantuvis, with the majority of firms engaging in Project or Private Consulting to promote design, develop and execute the business projects and priorities outlined in the Organizational Development Plan. Ongoing consulting is not required, though strongly recommended.
